Tennessee Highway Patrol Aviation Unit Assists Clarksville Police efforts in Locating Wanted Criminal Ray Farmer
Clarksville, TN – On November 30th, 2012, the Clarksville Police Department, with the assistance of Tennessee Highway Patrol’s aviation unit, took to the air today trying to locate Ray Farmer.
Farmer has eluded police and is known for his willingness to reside in wilderness areas when he is not actually in the act of committing crimes.

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University student-athletes will be out in force, Saturday morning, for the third-annual Govs Give Back event.
Sponsored by Austin Peay’s FCA and partnered with Manna Café, Austin Peay student-athletes will gather at Burt School at 8:00am to begin unloading trucks sent from the Second Harvest Food Bank in Nashville to provide food for those in need in the Clarksville community.
Second annual holiday open house event at the Tennessee Residence begins
Nashville, TN – Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam and First Lady Crissy Haslam will host their second annual “Tennessee’s Home for the Holidays,” an Open House event available to all Tennesseans to tour the holiday decorations at the executive residence during the first two weeks in December.

Nashville, TN – This week the Tennessee Titans (4-7) play their second of three consecutive games against AFC South opponents, as they host the division-leading Houston Texans (10-1). Kickoff at LP Field (capacity 69,143) is scheduled for noon CT on Sunday, December 2nd.

Hilldale Baptist Church to hold “The Living Christmas Tree – A Christmas Celebration” beginning December 7th
Clarksville, TN – This weekend, the Hilldale Baptist Church will put on three presentations of “The Living Christmas Tree – A Christmas Celebration”. The event is free and open to the public.
The idea behind this year’s “tree” is a fun variety show a la the golden age of TV variety shows—like Lawrence Welk or Ed Sullivan.

Clarksville, TN – As he ran back down the floor after hitting the jumper against Central Missouri, Anthony Campbell looked into the stands and announced simply, “I’m back.”
The forward from Illinois has endured much in his time as an Austin Peay athlete. A heart-wrenching OVC Championship loss as a freshman. A wrecked knee his junior year. And then, another knee injury just 10 games into what would be his redshirt junior season.
