An active shooter situation can take place at schools, businesses, churches, civic locations homes, outdoors, workplaces, and the list goes on.

Simulations were used during the training scenarios.
CPD’s training division with Erett Oden, Rudy Castro, Eddie Chancellor, Robert Miller and Scott Beaubien worked around the clock to provide officers, from all shifts, the most up to date training for active shooter situations which could involve entry of single or multiple officers making entry during the initial response.
