An adaptive egg hunt will be offered for children and adults with special needs from 10:00am to 11:00am. Additional hunts for children ages 1 to 12 will take place from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
To help families as they plan to attend the Wettest Egg Hunts, the schedule of the day is as follows:

Youth Recreation Leagues Registration
Registration Deadline for Baseball, Blastball®, Softball & T-ball Youth Recreation Leagues is Quickly Approaching
You can register your child online at recpro.cityofclarksville.com, at any of our community centers or at the Main office now through March 22nd for our Youth Recreation Leagues. The baseball, softball, and t-ball league is open to youth ages 5 to 14. Your child’s birth certificate is required at registration.
Once again, Blastball® will be offered for the 3 and 4 year olds. This fun alternative to traditional t-ball uses a “honking” base to entertain younger players- adding excitement to the game. It concentrates on developing a child’s running, hitting, catching, fielding, and throwing skills.
The cost to play in any of the Youth Recreation Leagues is $40.00 per child and includes a team shirt, hat, and medal. Games will be played at the Heritage Park Complex beginning June 3rd.
Traditional Karate classes underway
Karate takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm (ages 7-12) and 7:00pm to 8:00pm (ages 13 and up). Saturday classes take place from 1:00pm to 2:00pm (ages 7-12) and from 2:00pm to 3:00pm (ages 13 and up). Classes are $75.00 per month with a Community Center ID card but may be prorated for those registering mid-month. Center IDs are $5.00 and are good for one year at all three Community Centers.
This class, taught by David Baize, can help in developing focus, balance, strength, flexibility, reaction speed, and scientific self-defense dynamics. Karate also teaches the importance of leadership, strong character, and good values.
