Clarksville Gas and Water Customer Service Software Upgrade Coming Soon

Service Centers Plan to Close for Day

Clarksville Gas and Water DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water is pleased to announce an exciting customer service software upgrade coming in early April. The final phase of the upgrade is planned for Friday, April 5th, and will require both customer service centers close for the day.

Key staff members will work throughout the day and weekend to ensure a seamless transition and the service centers will reopen on Monday, April 8th, at 8:00am.

In addition to closing the centers, the Utility Billing Line, payment by phone, and WebConnect, online account access and management tool, will experience interruptions during the upgrade. Customers should check back periodically for availability.

Customers wishing to pay their bill during this period may do so at City Hall or an authorized bill collection agent (see below). The entire bill must be presented if paying at an agent location and past due bills will not be accepted. Night deposit boxes located at both service centers, 2015 Fort Campbell Boulevard and 2215 Madison Street, are also available for bill payments.

Note: All Clarksville Locations

All other Gas and Water offices will be open and operational as normal. The main office, 931.645.7400, will be available to receive phone inquiries unrelated to customer bills and some service orders.
