This is APSU’s first trip to NCAA Regional play since 2009. The Govs initial trip was in 2001 and was followed by appearances in 2002 and 2003.

The Govs, who won a school-record six tourney titles in 2012-13, currently are rated 73rd nationally in the most recent Golfstat rankings—APSU has attained its highest Golfstat ranking in program history.
