Clarksville Police make arrests in Home Invasion Case

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have made arrest have been made in the incident that occurred at 770 Needmore Road on Wednesday, May 5th, 2013.

The victim advised that the four suspects forced there way into his apartment bound him with electrical tape making threats to pull a knife if he didn’t hand over money and weapons.  The victim complied out of fear for his safety and the safety of his children one being 4 years old, and the other being 2 years old.

Clarksville Police are still looking for the fourth suspect, John Wesley Carney. Anyone that sees him should call 911 immediately. Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers 931.645.TIPS (8477).

After obtaining money and other items the suspects fled the scene. The victim freed himself and attempted to stop the suspects by shooting at their vehicle. It was originally thought he disabled their vehicle, but it was later determined that it was damaged in their attempt to escape.

The Clarksville Police Department took two of the Suspect almost immediately, and the third after some further investigation. Unfortunately the fourth suspect is still at large but has been positively identified and warrants have been obtained for his arrest.

Gregory Lee King, Chad Thomas Seay, and Bryan Ross Wallace have been booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $175,000 bond for Robbery and Kidnapping.

The fourth Suspect, John Wesley Carney (white male, DOB: 6/10/1985) is still at large.  He has an active warrant for Robbery and Kidnapping with a $175,000 bond also.

Citizens are asked that if they see John Carney that call 911 immediately and let the appropriate Law Enforcement Agency handle the situation. Any information in reference to his location or this case citizens are asked to call Crime Stoppers 931.645.TIPS (8477).
