Tennessee Department of Transportation Maintenance Work for Montgomery County area starting June 14th, 2013

Tennessee Department of TransportationNashville, TN – In Montgomery County, the Tennessee Department of Transportation will be doing resurfacing and bridge deck repair on I-24 from SR 76 to the Robertson County Line.

On Friday, June 14th through through Wednesday June 19th, 8:00pm-6:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be alternating one lane closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound in order to pave the roadway.

On Saturday, June 15th and Sunday, June 16th, 6:00am-6:00pm, there will be alternating one lane closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound in order to texture coat the parapet on the bridge at MM 15.0.

On Friday June 14 through Wednesday June 19th, 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be intermittent lane closures in both directions on State Route 374 between mile marker 2.0 and mile marker 3.0 for milling, paving, and striping roadway. This work will be done by Floating Maintenance.

TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee

On Friday, June 14th through Wednesday, June 19th, 9:00am-3:00pm, (excluding weekends), there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

Davidson County

On Friday, June 14th through Wednesday, June 19th, 9:00am-3:00pm and 7:00pm-1;00am, (excluding weekends), there will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates.  All lanes will remain open.

On Friday, June 14th through Wednesday, June 19th, 8:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing.  One lane will remain open.

On Tuesday, June 18th through Wednesday, June 19th, 9:00am-3:00, and 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for Drain Cleaning Operations.  This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

On Tuesday, June 18th, 7:00pm-1:00am, (excluding weekends), there will be alternating lane closures in both directions on State Route 155 (Briley Parkway) between mile marker 20 and mile marker 26 for milling and paving.  One lane will remain open.

Houston and Stewart Counties

On Monday, June 17th and Tuesday, June 18th, SR046 will be closed in both directions from Log Mile 5.28 (Intersection of SR013) in Houston County to Log Mile 1.2 (Intersection of SR149) in Stewart County to replace culverts at the 5.64 Log Mile in Houston County. The road will remain open for Local Traffic Only.

Robertson County

On Friday, June 14th through Friday June 28th, the I-65 southbound Weigh-Station (mile marker 119.0) will be closed (No Entrance) for repair to the concrete and for milling, paving and striping the roadway at the scales.  This work will be done by Floating Maintenance and LoJac Enterprises.

TDOT Bridge Repair

On Tuesday, June 18th, 8:00pm-2:00am, I-65 northbound and southbound at Rivergate Pkwy. will be reduced to one lane for bridge inspection.

On Wednesday, June 19th, 8:00pm-2:00am, I-65 northbound from Long Hollow Pike to Mansker Creek will be reduced to one lane for bridge inspection of three bridges.

On Thursday, June 20th, 8:00pm-2:00am, I-65 southbound from Long Hollow Pike to Mansker Creek will be reduced to one lane for bridge inspection of three bridges.
