Dover, TN – From now until August 31st, 2013, Park Rangers from the Fort Donelson National Battlefield will be conducting “Battle Chats” daily at different tour stops.
Join a Park Ranger and learn a bit more about the park, the stories they preserve and share, and the resources they protect for future generations.
Meet the Park Ranger at the locations below at 11:00am daily. (Program will be cancelled in case of inclement weather, intense heat, staff shortages.)
Schedule
- Sundays: The River Batteries, Stop #4
- Mondays: The National Cemetery and Free State , Stop #11
- Tuesdays: The Confederate Monument, Stop #1
- Wednesdays: Smith’s Attack, Stop #5
- Thursdays: The Dover Hotel, Stop #10
- Fridays: Fort Donelson, meet at Stop #3
- Saturdays: National Cemetery/ Free State, Stop #11
