Nashville, TN – On Thursday afternoon, the Tennessee Titans announced several changes to General Manager Ruston Webster’s pro and college scouting staffs.
The Titans pro scouting department has added Chicago Bears’ James Kirkland. From the Cleveland Browns, the Titans have added Luke Steckel to be the special Assistant to head coach Mike Munchak.
Tennessee’s college scouting department moved Tim Ruskell to regional scout where he will now ross-check all areas east of the Mississippi River. Last year, Ruskell scouted the Southeast region. From the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Titans add Mike Yowarsky who will take over the Southeast region. Yowarsky has 21 years of NFL experience as a scout.
Combine scout Brandon Taylor will now scout the Midwest region. Taking over as the Titans combine scout will be Dale Thompson. Thompson was a pro scout.
