Clarksville, TN – Five Austin Peay State University men’s golfers have qualified for the Tennessee State Amateur, that will be played at the Chattanooga Golf and Country Club, August 6th-9th.

The four-day tourney field will be cut to 60 players after the Wednesday, August 7th round. The tourney’s championship round will be held on Friday, August 8th on the par-72 course.
APSU golf is coming off a record-setting season that not only saw the Govs win six tourney titles, including the Ohio Valley Conference title, but finished tied for seventh at the NCAA Tempe Regional, the program’s best NCAA tourney finish, with senior Dustin Korte playing in the NCAA Championships in late May.
