Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Mayor’s Summer Night Lights is coming to a close

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The 2013 Mayor’s Summer Night Lights program has enjoyed huge success this summer, but is nearing in on its final days of the season.

The final day of Summer Night Lights will be August 7th at Pettus Park.

Flag football will be held at Pettus from 6:00pm to 9:30pm for ages 11-14, 15-17, and 18 and up.

Anyone wishing to participate must be at the location no later than 5:45pm to sign up. Free food and drinks will be provided!

Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan will join the Summer Night Lights festivities to usher in the last night of fun.

In addition to the free sports tournaments, the Mayor’s Summer Night Lights program has enjoyed many fun and free activities this summer, including a DJ, dodge ball, motivational speakers, and so much more!  There is also a nightly meal provided, free of charge, by Manna Café.
