Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is investigating a fatal vehicle crash, which occurred at 4:57pm on Warfield Boulevard (TN State Route 374), near the intersection of River Run involving three separate vehicles.
One party was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center by LifeFlight.
There is no further information at this time.
