Brandi Whitfield Bryant Formally Announces Candidacy For Montgomery County Trustee

Election 2014Clarksville, TN – Brandi Whitfield Bryant, Director of Business Development at Thurman Campbell Group PLC, CPAs, and active volunteer in the Clarksville-Montgomery County community has formally announced her candidacy for the position of Montgomery County Trustee.

Brandi is a native of Clarksville with strong ties to the community. Since her relocation back to Clarksville in 2006, she has made it her mission to help maximize Montgomery County’s potential.

Voted Clarksville’s Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professional of the Year in 2013, Brandi stays very active in the community leading organizations like the Clarksville’s Young Professionals. Brandi understands the importance of getting involved and giving back to the community she grew up in, which can be seen in her dedication to offer her time and resources toward making Clarksville and Montgomery County the best they can be.

Brandi attended the University of Memphis and Trevecca Nazarene University where she received a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Human Relations. Her impressive work ethic and professional experience will fare well for the position, as she has a strong accounting, business, tax and organizational management background.

Brandi’s professional career has been a success, but her life outside work is truly amazing. She is involved in numerous organizations and is on the board for many of them too. The following are some of her commitments in the community: the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce, Tabernacle Christian School, as well as Leadership Clarksville; Chair of Clarksville Young Professionals. Brandi’s husband, Steven, is a firefighter for the City of Clarksville. They have two wonderful children, Gracie who attends Richview Middle School and Beau who is enrolled in Clarksville Academy. They are members of First Baptist Church of Clarksville.

Brandi recognizes the impact that Montgomery County’s past has had on making it a better place to live while also having a vision to keep progressing for a better brighter future.

Bryant will officially file papers in January to become a candidate and is expected to face off against, Brenda Radford, the current Trustee. The general election will be held in August of 2014.
