Tennessee Department of Transportation Ready to Tackle Winter Weather

 

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is stocked and ready to clear roadways of ice and snow this season.

Over the last several weeks, salt supplies have been replenished in all 95 counties, and crews have readied snow plows and brine trucks for the winter season.

Clarksville Police, Highway Patrol and Montgomery County Sheriff Sobriety Checkpoints and Saturation Patrol Statistics from November 29th-30th, 2013

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Tennessee Highway Patrol, Clarksville Police Department, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office  conducted impaired driving saturation patrols November 29th-30th, 2013, partially funded by the Governor’s Highway Safety Office.

During this time, there were 267 charges issued.
