Fort Campbell, KY – In honor of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holidays Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st, therefore all Patient and Soldier-Centered Medical Homes, ancillary clinics and pharmacies will be closed.
In addition, the Patient and Soldier-Centered Medical Homes, as well as ancillary services, will offer limited services in the afternoon December 20th. The Emergency Center will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide acute and emergency medical care.
Limited services during Days of No Scheduled Activities (DONSAs)
All Patient-Centered Medical Homes (Family primary clinic services) will be closed Tuesday, December 24th. Soldier-Centered Medical Homes will offer limited services from 6:00am to 4:00pm December 20th – 24th, December 30th and December 31st. The Main Pharmacy within the hospital, LaPointe and Byrd pharmacies will be closed December 24th – 25th; December 31st; and January 1st.
BACH’s Call Center will be open from 6:00am until 4:00pm to schedule or cancel appointments. Appointments may also be scheduled or canceled 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.TRICAREonline.com. Some medical concerns may be resolved through a telephone consultation by sending a secure message through Relay Health or contacting the Call Center at 270.798.4677 or 931.431.4677.
The Main Pharmacy within the hospital will be closed during the DONSAs December 24th and December 31st; however the Town Center Pharmacy will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm during the DONSAs. To ensure all prescriptions can be filled, the last pharmacy window ticket will be given at 4:45pm.
