Edwardsville, IL – With wind chills in the 20s and the threat of snow and freezing rain in the area, Austin Peay State University’s softball team had the final game of its Ohio Valley Conference opening series versus SIU Edwardsville cancelled Sunday.
Austin Peay (9-14, 0-2 OVC) will return to action with six home games this week at Cheryl Holt Field, beginning with a non-conference doubleheader versus Northern Kentucky on Thursday.
First pitch is scheduled for noon.
