That was announced Friday night at the annual OVC Championship Award banquet, held at Sperry’s Steakhouse in Florence, AL.

“Those two have meant a ton to this program,” APSU coach Kirk Kayden said. “Those guys have changed the face of our program and have been just so solid for us. They are well-deserving .We are proud of them.”

In earning All-OVC honors for the fourth time Bradley joined former APSU great Erik Barnes (2007-10) with such distinction.

This season, Bradley is averaging 74.0 strokes per round, including a earned All-OVC after a strong fourth season.

The Devonshire, England native had a trio of Top 10 finishes in the fall, including fifth at the Bearcat Invitational.

The 2012 OVC tourney medalist uncharacteristically struggled early in the spring but still had two Top 20 finishes as was the Govs’ top finisher (t-22nd) at the Reunion Intercollegiate in the season’s last regular-season tournament.

“For Anthony to finish all-conference four straight years, that is so unusual and that tells you how well he has played during his career,” Kayden said. “There are not a lot of guys who can say they made all-conference four years in any sport.”

After finishing the 2012-13 season in spectacular fashion with a 3-under 207 at the NCAA Tempe Regional, Iten has been APSU’s top golfer during 2013-14.

He played consistently during the fall but when the spring season opened Iten elevated his play to an unseen level in his Gov career.

He recently ran off a stretch of finishing first (Talis Park Challenge)/second (Memphis Intercollegiate)/first (Waverly Intercollegiate), a period that was reminiscent of past Kayden APSU standouts Grant Leaver, Erik Barnes and Dustin Korte.

The Niederlatt, Switzerland native led APSU in scoring average at 72.8 shots per round entering the OVC tournament.

“In my 10 years here I have never had a guy play in every tournament ,” Kayden said. “Marco has played in every golf tournament (47) in his career. That is pretty hard to without having a sickness or not playing well one week. That is just unheard of to have someone play in every tournament all four years.

“And what is really cool is seeing him peak at the end of his career. He has played so well this year, especially this spring.”
