Montgomery County, TN – All suspects have been apprehended in the burglary of an abandoned building on Old Highway 48 that occurred on Monday.
Authorities apprehended two of the suspects shortly after the incident had been reported, and were found near the scene.
The third had fled the scene.
Yancie Montana Forgue, 24, who gave a 2350 Davidson Graveyard address was charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools. His bond was set at $11,000.Jennifer Denise Brown-Hazlett, 42, who gave an 815 Stafford Street address was charged with criminal attempt. Her bond was set at $15,000.
Deputy Jason Pike took over the investigation and caught the third suspect last night.
Joseph Douglas Huggins, 32, who gave an 815 Stafford Street address was charged with criminal attempt and his bond was set at $5,000.
