Clarksville Parks and Recreation to hold new session of Tai Chi for Arthritis program at Crow Community Center

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The Crow Community Center, located at 211 Richview Road, will host a new session of Tai Chi this fall!  Tai Chi will take place Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, August 20th through October 8th.

Instructed by Stuart Bonnington, this program is open to adults of any age who may reap the benefits of Tai Chi such as better balance, increased flexibility, and reduced stress. 

Tai Chi also relaxes and improves overall mind, body and spirit.  Bonnington is certified by the Arthritis Foundation as an instructor of their Tai Chi for Arthritis program.

Cost is $20.00 for the entire 8-week program.  Participants can register at the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Main office as well as online at recpro.cityofclarksville.com.  Community Center ID is required.
