Child and Family Behavioral Health System Director Dr. Quentin Humberd spoke to guests attending the CAFBHS Ribbon Cutting Aug. 27. The newly opened CAFBHS building is approximately 5,000 square feet and will house School Behavioral Health, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. (Fred Holly)
