Clarksville, TN – Are you ready for a change? The Crow Community Center is set to begin a brand new program to encourage healthy lifestyles in the community.
This program, intended to help with weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight, is based on the PILI Ohana Program which focuses on weight control, behavior change, social systems, and lifestyle.
The program will be held every other Saturday beginning November 15th at the Crow Center from 9:00am to 11:00am.
Cost to participate is free but a Community Center ID is required. Center IDs are available for just $5.00 per year and are good at all three centers!
This six month program features an initial “weight loss phase” that lasts three months, followed by a three month “weight loss maintenance phase.”
Additionally, participants will take part in three assessments, a baseline assessment to begin, followed by a monthly assessment of progress during the weight loss phase. Space allows for 20 participants, so head on over to recpro.cityofclarksville.com to reserve your spot today!
