A team comprised of representatives from Joint Forces Command – United Assistance, the Armed Forces of Liberia, and the U.S. Agency for International Development – the lead U.S. agency charged with containing the spread of Ebola in West Africa – along with city officials in Ganta, Liberia, survey an area for construction of an Ebola treatment unit Nov. 3, 2014.
