Clarksville Association of REALTORS holds Annual Realtor Installation and Awards Ceremony

Clarksville Association of REALTORSClarksville, TN – On November 19th, 2014, the Clarksville Association of Realtors held the Annual Realtor Installation and Awards Ceremony at the Clarksville Country Club.

A large collection of agents were on hand to welcome the new slate of officers for their 2015 terms.

The Officers installed by original Clarksville Association of Realtors Charter Member, Frank Goodlett, were:

  • President: Mike Groves, Vision Real Estate
  • President-Elect: Kayla Goad LeVan, Byers & Harvey Real Estate
  • Treasurer: Marion Jewell, Keller Williams Realty
  • Immediate Past-President: Randy Worcester, Avalar Real Estate

The new Board of Directors that are in place for the new term include: Larry Evans (Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed Realty), Tom Nebel (Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable & Holleman), Jenny Robinson (Avalar Real Estate), Kimberly Stewart-Newlove (Crye-Leike, REALTORS), Charles Pecka (Keller Williams Realty), and Melissa Powers (Reliant Realty).

The following outgoing directors were also recognized for their time of service: Mark Lester (Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable and Holleman) and Debbie Reynolds (Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed Realty) .

“It is my privilege to once again serve as President of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS. Since its founding in 1959, our Association has been an advocate for private property rights and representing our clients and customers to the best of our ability whether they are selling, buying or renting a home. Our Association is committed to the professionalism and success of its members and is always striving to seek ways to allow them to better serve our community, clients and customers alike. Through our Members, Committees and Affiliate Partners, we are all working to make Clarksville a great place to live and work, and I appreciate everything that all of our members do to make that happen” said incoming President, Mike Groves, about the new term.

Also recognized at this ceremony, were those REALTORS who have gone above and beyond in their profession and in their service to the Clarksville Association of Realtors.

The 2014 Awards of Excellence were rewarded to the following agents:

  • Realtor of the Year: Larry Evans, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed Realty
  • Rising Star of the Year: Erich Sorenson, Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable & Holleman
  • Affiliate Partner of the Year: Veteran’s United Home Loans
  • Decade of Achievement: Marion Jewell, Keller Williams Realty
  • President’s Award: Charles Pecka, Keller Williams Realty
  • Educational Achievement Awards: Diane martin and Cynthia Pendleton of Crye-Leike, REALTORS, Tamara Fox of Keller Williams Realty, Joann Garcia of Keystone Realty; and Melissa Powers of Reliant Realty.
