Clarksville Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting January 16th, 2015

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports Saturday January 17th, 7:00am-11:00am, there will be rolling roadblocks on I-24 westbound from exit 11 to exit 8 in order to move a crane in place. This is part of the bridge replacement project on SR 237 over I-24 (Exit 8).

Troopers will be utilized.

Lane Closure

TDOT Maintenance: Middle Tennessee

On Friday, January 16th through Wednesday January 21st, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as-needed basis:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, and Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, and Humphreys Counties

On Friday January 16th through Wednesday January 21st, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee for tree trimming and removal on an as-needed:

  • I-24 Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Maury and Robertson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman and Humphreys Counties

Cheatham County

Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River
From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.

Davidson County

On Friday January 16th through Wednesday January 21st, 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile operations in various locations for drain cleaning operations.  This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

Resurfacing of I-65 from CSX Railroad to US 31W
On Friday January 16th, Saturday January 17th, and Monday January 19th, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be lane shifts on the I-65 on- and off-ramps, in both directions, at Exit 96 (Rivergate Parkway), Exit 97 (Long Hollow Pike), and Exit 98 (Millersville) so that ramp repair may be done.
