Clarksville’s Customs House Museum to host 6th Annual Champagne and Chocolate Fundraiser

Clarksville's Customs House Museum and Cultural CenterClarksville, TN – On Thursday, January 22nd, Champagne and Chocolate is back for its sixth installment to benefit the Customs House Museum. Doors open at 6:00pm at the Museum. Live music will be performed by 8th and Marion Jazz Combo. Don’t miss this signature event of the winter season!

6th Annual Champagne and Chocolate Fundraiser

Guests can expect to enjoy a variety of tasty delicacies and bid in the evening’s silent auction, where they will find a select group of regional art, spa packages, and jewelry. The silent auction will end at 7:30pm.

In addition to the chocolate desserts, other hors d’oeuvres will be served, alongside a martini bar and hot chocolate bar. All champagne has been donated by Bill’s Package Store. Sponsors of Champagne and Chocolate include: Clarksville Dental Center, Jill Crow, Legends Bank, and Nanette Morford Allstate Agencies.

Champagne and Chocolate is organized by the Museum Guild, a group of volunteers dedicated to fundraising and supporting the Customs House Museum. Guild members Brandi Bryant and Kimberly Miller are chairing this year’s event.

Numbers are limited. Funds generated from Champagne and Chocolate go towards exhibits and educational programming at the museum.

About the Customs House Museum

Located at the corner of Second and Commerce Streets, the Customs House Museum is the second largest general museum in Tennessee. Regular museum hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday, and 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Sundays. Adult admission is $7.00, Sr. Citizens and College ID $5.00, Ages 6 to 18 $3.00, and under six and Museum Members are free.
