Nashville Zoo Offers Super Bowl Admission Deal Sunday, February 1st

Nashville ZooNashville, TN – Before sitting down for the big game on Sunday, February 1st, head to Nashville Zoo for half-priced admission during Zooperbowl, the Zoo’s annual promotion on Super Bowl Sunday. Weather permitting, guests will get the opportunity to see giraffe Congo make his pick for the Super Bowl winner.

With less crowds and active animals, winter is a wonderful time to explore the Zoo. Many of the animals have acclimated to Nashville’s climate, and some species are often more active during cooler months.

During Zooperbowl, guests should expect to see animals that are normally out on exhibit during this time of year, as well as all those on exhibit in the Unseen New World.

At 10:00am, Congo will be making his Super Bowl pick between two items of enrichment decorated for the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots.

The pick will take place outside the giraffe exhibit weather permitting. If it is too cold for the giraffes to be outside, the pick will be made in the giraffe barn and the winner will be announced through the Zoo’s social media.

Zooperbowl admission is $7.50 for adults, $5.00 for kids ages 2-12, and $6.50 for seniors ages 65 or older. As always, Zoo members and children under two will be admitted free.
