Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed Cumberland Terrace from North Second Street to Tennessee Avenue to repair a water service line. There will be no access to Cumberland Terrace from North Second Street.
The work is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 11:30am.
