Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University athletics and the Governors Club will serve as host to the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce’s August “Business After Hours,” 5:00pm, Thursday, on the Club Level in Governors Stadium.
Attendees will have an opportunity to experience the gameday atmosphere of Governors Stadium, with APSU President Dr. Alisa White and head football coach Kirby Cannon addressing the crowd. Fans will have an opportunity to win door prizes at the event, including two club level passes to a future APSU home contest.
The Lady Govs soccer team will open its season 7:00pm, Friday, against UAB while volleyball will open the following weekend.
Meanwhile, the Govs’ 2015 football season will commence September 5th at home as Season 2 of new Governors Stadium will see Mercer come to Clarksville for a 4:00pm kickoff.
