Nashville, TN – Recently, Campbell Crossing hosted their 2015 National Night Out event. The event was a success with more than 2,000 Fort Campbell Soldiers and family members that came out to participate in this nationwide celebration.
National Night Out is geared toward heightening crime prevention awareness and strengthening the neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships while sending a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are fighting back.

Residents witnessed a demonstration by Hopkinsville’s K9 unit, participated in a free child identification registration, have a safety inspection on their children’s car seats, experience a DUI simulator and much more.
“My son loved the demonstrations with the police dogs,” said one Campbell Crossing resident who attended National Night Out. “Thank you Campbell Crossing for doing a fantastic job at putting together such a great event!”

Throughout the event there was music playing, raffle prizes given out, carnival games, face painting, bounce houses, a rock climbing wall and plenty of food to be enjoyed by all attendees! New this year was the Whack out Your Ride contest, where two lucky winners took home $100.00 gift cards.
Campbell Crossing would like to thank all those that came out and participated including: Cenema, Army Substance Abuse Program, ACS Outreach, Exceptional Family Member Program, Waste Industries, FADDS, Party Animals, Boy Scouts, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, City of Clarksville, USO, Fort Campbell Storm Water and Air Quality, Fort Campbell Recycling, Emergency Management, Hopkinsville Police, Clarksville Police, Fort Campbell Military Police, Montgomery County Sheriff, Fish and Wildlife, Dare, PMW Watch, and Tennessee Highway Patrol.
