Clarksville, TN – With every sport on Austin Peay’s campus either in season, in training or making their preseason preparations, Austin Peay student-athletes found time to make a difference with the Vanderbilt’s Children Hospital a few weeks ago, raising nearly $2,500 for the Nashville institution through the university’s annual Dance Marathon.
“What a great accomplishment and achievement for our softball program,” said APSU Athletics Director Ryan Ivey. “Their selflessness and service-oriented attitude is what makes working in college athletics great. We should all be proud to call them Govs.”
