Fort Campbell named U.S. Army’s 2016 Best Installation

ACOE recognizes Army garrisons for their performance in meeting and exceeding goals of IMCOM’s Installation Management Campaign Plan.

In a message to the entire installation, garrison commander Col. James “Rob” Salome said, “Congratulations to all of you and your teams as this reflects all of the hard work and tremendous commitment you’ve had to making Fort Campbell truly the BEST Soldier and Family Experience! The game is at Wells Fargo Arena on the Arizona State University campus.

Tennessee (19-13, 8-8 SEC) has been awarded a No. 7 seed in the Sioux Falls (South Dakota) Regional of the 64-team 2016 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship.

Clarksville Police Department cites Circle K during March 15th Alcoholic Beverage Commission Operation

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Tuesday, March 15th, 2016, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operation Unit conducted operations targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Compliance checks were done on 16 businesses with 15 businesses being found in compliance and 1 business, Circle K at 523 Dover Road, cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons.

F&M Bank holds Ground Breaking Ceremony for new location in Hendersonville

 

F&M BankClarksville, TN – Hendersonville Mayor Scott Foster joined Sammy Stuard, F&M Bank President and CEO, for the official ground breaking ceremony for its new bank in Hendersonville Tennessee.

Located at 221 Indian Lake Boulevard, the new 10,000 square foot facility will house the both F&M’s banking and mortgage divisions. Construction should take eight months and will replace its 100 Blue Grass Commons office.

“In September, 2008, we opened our F&M Mortgage Services office at 100 Blue Grass Commons Boulevard. From the beginning, it has been a major contributor to F&M’s success and it was quickly followed in the Spring of 2009 with the addition of banking services,” said stated Sammy Stuard, F&M President and CEO.
