Clarksville Police seek help identifying Dollar General Armed Robbery Suspect

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Detective Tracy Woodruff with the Clarksville Police Department is trying to identify a suspect involved in an Armed Robbery and is requesting public assistance.

On October 11th, 2016 between 8:23pm and 8:27pm, an unknown male came into the Dollar General on the 100 block of Edmondson Ferry Road wearing all black clothing and a dark blue bandanna covering his entire face.

The suspect demanded money from the safe while pointing a black handgun at a store employee.

He then fled the store possibly in a 2000 model silver 4-door vehicle in an unknown direction of travel.

Detective Woodruff included video footage from security cameras at the business (above).
