Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office calls off search for Zaccariah Pride at Hwy 48/13 intersection at Hwy 149

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The earlier area search for suspect Zaccariah Bradford Pride, 33, has ended. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies are currently investigating leads on his exact location.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies began searching for Pride after he fled the scene of an accident Friday afternoon, October 21st, 2016 in the area of south of Highway 149 and west of Highway 48/13.

Austin Peay State University’s Marcus Hayes named to Tennessee Board of Regents’ Maxine Smith Fellows program

 

Austin Peay State University - APSUClarksville, TN – Earlier this year, Marcus Hayes, Austin Peay State University associate professor of dance, was awarded a prestigious Maxine Smith Fellowship by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR).

The TBR established the highly selective Smith Fellows program in 2002 to provide advanced administrative training and career development opportunities to African American employees.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office searches for suspect at Hwy 48/13 intersection at Hwy 149

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for a suspect after he fled the scene of an accident.

Zaccariah Bradford Pride, 33, is possibly armed. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 165 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes.

Deputies have set up a perimeter and are searching in the area of south of Highway 149 and west of Highway 48/13.

APSU Governors Basketball picked second in the West in OVC Media Poll

APSU Men's Basketball - Austin Peay State UniversityBrentwood, TN –  Austin Peay State University men’s basketball team was tabbed to finish second in the West Division in the 2016-17 Ohio Valley Conference Preseason Media Poll, released Friday by the conference office.

Fourteen voters from around the league participated in the media poll, now in its third season.

Clarksville Police release photo of Sango Pharmacy Armed Robbery Suspect’s Truck

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department’s District 3 Criminal Investigations Unit is currently looking for an Armed Robbery suspect driving a red or maroon extended cab pick-up truck with a chrome gas cap and is requesting public assistance.

Today, October 21st, 2016, CPD released a photo of the suspects pick-up truck.

City of Clarksville announces Parking lot near Montgomery County Courts Complex to close October 27th-28th

 

Heavily used surface lot will get sealcoat, restriping

City of Clarksville - Clarksville, TNClarksville, TN – Hear ye! Hear ye! The surface parking lot on Second Street facing the Montgomery County Courts Complex will be closed for maintenance on Thursday and Friday, October 27th and 28th.

The parking garage adjacent to the lot, as well as the leased spaces in the garage, will be open as usual and will be accessible from the 1st floor entrance on Commerce Street.

This heavily used lot near the courts complex in Downtown Clarksville will be closed for maintenance on October 27th-28th.
