Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Tracy Lane and Pea Ridge Road at 3:47pm due to an E911 call about an attempted kidnapping.
The mother of a 3-year-old (almost 4 years old) child said that a Hispanic male or a dark-skinned white male jumped her fence and ran towards her child.
The mother then made her presence known and chased him away.
He was wearing a black ball cap, a white sweatshirt, and blue jeans.
