Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police responded to a vehicle accident on Eva Drive Sunday, November 13th, 2016 where a 9-year old male had taken a car on a joy ride.
The child is autistic. He has had a few minor issues and ran off a few times, but nothing to this extent. He is in stable condition with a few lacerations, broken bones, and other injuries, but is expected to recover.
