Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan joined CDE Lightband GM Brian Taylor and others for a grand opening celebration of the utility’s new power control center Thursday. From left are, Power Board Members Sally Castleman and Ron Jackson, project architect Brad Martin, McMillan, Taylor, Power Board Chairman Wayne Wilkinson and City Councilman Bill Powers, who represents the council on the Power Board.
