Clarksville Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting December 15th, 2016

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that on Monday December 19th through Wednesday December 21st, from 9:00am until 3:00pm, there will be a right shoulder closure on Interstate 24 at mile marker 8 in both directions for sign installation.

All travel lanes will remain open.

Lane Closure

Davidson County

Repair of 6 Bridges at I-440/I-65 Interchange over US31 (SR 6, Franklin Pike)
From now through May 2017, there will be lane shifts on I-440 and I-65 at the 440/65 junction to perform deck repairs, expansion joint repairs, and approach slab repairs.

On Saturday, December 17th, from 4:00am through Sunday December, 18th, at 8:00pm, there will be alternating lane closures on I-440E for plate installation. At least one lane will remain open at all times.  

On Saturday December 17th and Sunday December 18th, from 5:00am-10:00am, there will be possible ramp closures on I-440E to I-65N and I-440E to I-65S for plate installation as needed.

Davidson County

On Thursday December 15th through Wednesday December 21st, from 9:00pm until 5:00am, there will be lane closures on I-40 in both directions at MM 207 and 208 to remove graffiti on the overhead interstate signs. Two lanes will remain open. This closure is weather and temperature dependent.
