Engineer will speak about low-impact development
Clarksville, TN – The Cumberland River Compact is taking its “Innovations and Solutions” River Talks series on the road to Clarksville.
Jay Fulmer with Fulmer Engineering will present “Best Practices in Low-Impact Development,” an overview of common and secondary applications, examples in Middle Tennessee and information about site selection, installation and maintenance.
The presentation and luncheon is free and open to the public.
It will be at 11:30am December 12th at Clarksville Gas and Water, 2215 Madison Street, Clarksville.

Cumberland River Compact is an organization that works to improve the quality of water in the Cumberland River Basin and improve the quality of life in the basin’s communities. Its River Talks, which usually are presented at The River Center in Nashville, feature a variety of educational sessions that bring together experts, artists, researchers, professionals, and characters of the river to share their knowledge and experience.
