Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department has issued an alert for a missing woman.
Carmen N Fernandez-Rios, 69 who has Alzheimers, was last seen around 10:30pm, March 12th, 2018.
She was discovered missing from her residence at 1573 Buchanan Drive around 8:30 this morning.
She was last seen in a blue nightgown, with a pig photo on the front and the word “Instaham” on it.
She is 5’4″ tall, 110 pounds, gray hair, and balding in the front.
She does not drive and does not have any friends in the area.
