Clarksville Police charge Sarah Scribner for her Infant’s Death

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Saturday, April 28th, 2018 at approximately 11:41pm, Clarksville Police officers responded to the 200 Block of Orleans Drive in response to a 911 call of an unresponsive child.

When officers arrived they found a 4 month old female not breathing. CPD officers and EMS personnel performed CPR and the child was transported to Tennova Healthcare.

The child failed to regain consciousness and was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

Clarksville Police were dispatched to the 200 Block of Orleans Drive on report of an unresponsive child Saturday night. The child was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Clarksville Police detectives began investigating the circumstances surrounding the child’s death.

As a result of their investigation, the mother of the child, 25 year old Sarah Danielle Scribner has been charged with Criminal Homicide and has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

The lead investigator on the case is Detective Bing.
