Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds Baseball Club returns to First Tennessee Park for an eight-game homestand on Friday, May 4th, 2018.

The Nashville Sounds welcome the Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, the Memphis Redbirds, for a four-game series from May 4th-7th. Following the Redbirds, the Sounds welcome the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, for a four-game set from May 8th-11th.

Friday, May 4th

Nashville Sounds vs. Memphis |  6:35pm

  • Gates open at 5:30pm
  • Wheel of Fortune’s Pat Sajak and Vanna White will throw the ceremonial first pitch.
  • Star Wars-themed FOX 17 News post-game fireworks presented by Koorsen Fire & Security.

Saturday, May 5th

Nashville Sounds vs. Memphis |  6:35pm

  • Gates open at 5:30pm
  • Star Wars Weekend continues with special Star Wars characters invading the ballpark.
  • Star Wars Jersey Auction benefiting Miracle League of Music City. The online and mobile auction will begin at 10:00am and finish at the end of the sixth inning. Winning bidders in-ballpark will receive their game-worn signed jersey on the field post-game.
  • Enjoy Saturday at the Park with visits to The Band Box and our Family Fun Zone in the right field corner.

Sunday, May 6th

Nashville Sounds vs. Memphis |  2:05pm

  • Gates open at 1:00pm
  • Lightsaber Giveaway to the first 2,500 fans.
  • Hyundai pre-game autograph session with select Sounds players from 1:00pm to 1:15pm. 
  • Youth Sports Day – Discounted group tickets with a pre-game parade on the field – advance purchase required by calling 615.690.HITS. 
  • Military Sunday Family Fun Day – The Sounds extend their military appreciation by wearing special military jerseys on the field and offering discounted reserved section tickets for active and veteran men, women and families – subject to availability.
  • Major League Baseball’s Play Ball Initiative with David Briley, Mayor of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County – parents and children ages 18 and under will be able to play catch on the field at First Tennessee Park for a 20-minute period after the conclusion of the game. Participants must bring their own gloves. Baseballs will be provided.
  • Post-Game Kids Run the Bases (12 & under) presented by First Tennessee.

 

Monday, May 7th

Nashville Sounds vs. Memphis | 12:05pm

  • Gates open at 11:00am.
  • Kroger Plus Monday – Buy a “Family 4-Pack” that includes 4 Select section tickets, 4 hot dogs & 4 fountain sodas for $44.00 when fans show their Kroger Plus card at the Sounds Ticket Office.
  • The Sounds wear their black “Music City” jerseys to represent Nashville’s rich musical heritage.

Tuesday, May 8th

Nashville Sounds vs. Colorado Springs | 6:35pm

  • Gates open at 5:30pm
  • Bark in the Park Night presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka – tickets start at $14.00 ($9.00 for human, $5.00 for dog). All dog ticket proceeds benefit AGAPE Animal Rescue. All dogs and owners must enter through the right field entrance at First Tennessee Park.
  • Dog Frisbee Chew Toy Giveaway to the first 1,000 fans (21 and older) presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
  • It’s the first Takeover Tuesday of the season with special guest Doug the Pug, presented by Pepsi. Interact and meet Nashville’s own New York Times best-selling puppy and social media extraordinaire.

Wednesday, May 9th

Nashville Sounds vs. Colorado Springs | 6:35pm

  • Gates open at 5:30pm.
  • Wear It Wednesday Slade Heathcott “Slade Runner” T-Shirt Giveaway to the first 2,000 fans.

Thursday, May 10th

Nashville Sounds vs. Colorado Springs | 6:35pm

  • Gates open at 5:30pm.
  • Throwback Thursday presented by Budweiser – the Sounds will wear throwback uniforms to commemorate the team’s original uniform style from 1978. Fans can purchase Pepsi fountain soda and Budweiser products at a discounted rate.

 

Friday, May 11th

Nashville vs. Colorado Springs | 6:35pm

  • Gates open at 5:30pm.
  • Greek Life Night – First Tennessee Park welcomes fraternity/sorority groups from area colleges. Discounted group tickets are available with advance purchase by calling 615.690.HITS. 
  • FOX 17 News post-game fireworks presented by Koorsen Fire & Security.

Seniors and Military families can enjoy a $2.00 discount on single game ticket prices at First Tennessee Park. The offer is valid for any reserved seat section on Sunday through Wednesday games – subject to availability. Offer valid for up to four (4) tickets per I.D. (Seniors 55 +, government issued military I.D. required at box office; no phone orders).
