Clarksville-Montgomery County area TDOT Maintenance Work starting June 15th, 2018

Tennessee Department of Transportation - TDOTNashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that in Montgomery County there will be grading, drainage, construction of welded steel plate girder bridge, retaining wall and paving on Highway 149 and Highway 13 from River Road to Zinc Plant Road continuing daily from 9:00am until 3:00pm.

There will be temporary lane closure with flagging operations on Highway 13 for clearing operations.

Lane Closure

SR 374 (Warfield Boulevard) Widening from South of Dunbar Cave Road to West of Stokes Road
On Wednesday, June 20th at 9:00pm through Thursday, June 21st at 5:00, Warfield Boulevard (SR 374) will be reduced to one lane for storm drain installation across the highway. Flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic in each direction as needed.

On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 9:00am-3:30pm, there will be intermittent road closures for pre-split blasting. All traffic will be halted during the blasting process until all debris is removed from roadway.

Fort Campbell Boulevard
On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be a lane closure on SR 12 (Fort Campbell Boulevard) in both directions near the Kentucky state line (LM 10.00 to 23.78) for street sweeping. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

Wilma Rudolph Boulevard
On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be a lane closure on SR 13 (Wilma Rudolph Boulevard) in both directions near I-24 (LM 17.00 to 31.96) for street sweeping. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

Highway 48
On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be a lane closure on SR 48 in both directions, from SR 13 to Cottage Street (LM 9.00 to 12.44), for street sweeping. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

Highway 76
On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be a lane closure on SR 76 in both directions, SR 12 to SR 374 (LM 9.00 to 24.00), for street sweeping. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

Cheatham-Robertson-Davidson Counties

I-24 Resurfacing
On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 9:00am-2:30pm and 8:00pm-6:00am, there will be nightly lane closures on I-24 in both directions, between mile markers 24 and 37, for milling and paving operations. State Troopers will be utilized for traffic control.

Davidson County

On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be a lane closure on I-24 in both directions, between mile markers 60 and 61, for street sweeping. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be a lane closure on I-24 in both directions, between mile markers 44 and 50, for street sweeping. At least one lane will remain open.

On Sunday, June 17th, from 6:00am-8:00am, there will be rolling roadblocks on I-40 at Division Street (Exit 209B) for lash fiber.

Dickson County and Williamson County

I-40 East Construction of Truck Climbing Lane near Mile Marker 180
On Friday, June 15th through Wednesday, June 20th, there will be a temporary shoulder closure on I-40 eastbound in order to construct a new truck climbing lane.

Robertson County

New Interchange Construction on I-65 at SR 109
From now through June 2018, The inside lane on I-65 northbound at mile marker 121 will be closed for removal of existing median wall and construction of new overhead signs. Two lanes will remain open in each direction.
