Clarksville Police look to identify Motor Vehicle Theft Suspects

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to identify two suspects who stole two vehicles in two days.

The first vehicle, a white 2000 Chevy Silverado, September 6th, 2018 around 7:00pm, was stolen from Gary Mathews Motors at 1100 Ashland City Road.

On September 8th around 10:00am, the stolen Chevy Silverado was taken from Staf Orton Automotive at 1144 College Street under the guise of trading the truck in to test drive/ purchase a black 2004 Chevy Z71.

When the salesman went to retrieve a drive out tag for the test drive, the two suspects drove off in the Z71.
