Clarksville Police Department
Clarksville, TN – On Friday, September 28th, 2018, around 7:00am, Clarksville Police report emergency responders were on the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Tiny Town Road near Princeton Court when a 40 year old woman driving a 2009 Nissan SUV driving east on Tiny Town Road crashed into the back of the stationary fire truck.
The driver of the Nissan had their vision obscured by the bright sunlight and did not see the truck.
The driver of the Nissan was transported by ambulance to Skyline Medical Center with a non life-threatening facial injury.
No emergency responders were injured.
The woman was cited for Failure to Use Reasonable Care and Seat Belt violation.
The lead investigator is Officer Atkins.
