Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Association of Realtors ® (CAR) reports that in the 3rd Quarter of 2018, 1594 properties were sold, which is 18.6% increase over the 3rd Quarter of 2017 (1344).
For 3rd Quarter 2018, the average price of properties currently for sale was $250,000, which is 8.23% greater than the same time in 2017 ($231,000).
“There are now over 1,000 Realtors in our area, and these statistics show that Clarksville Realtors are serving homebuyers and sellers in a very competitive market,” said Charles Pecka, 2018 CAR President.
