APSU can clinch a share of the 2018 regular-season title with a win in either of its last two matches and win the title outright with two wins.
The Govs finished 2018 with a 10-0 Home Record in regular-season play. They are the second APSU team to finish a regular-season home schedule unbeaten (1992, 13-0).
In addition, they are one of 13 Division I teams with an active double-digit home win streak (13 games).
With its 23 wins in 2018, Austin Peay has recorded 20-Plus wins in three consecutive seasons for the third time in program history.

Junior libero Ginny Gerig was named OVC Co-Defensive Player of the Week, Monday, after averaging 6.22 digs per set. She posted a career-high 30 digs in the five-set win at EKU and preceded that with a 26-dig effort at Murray State that was her career best in a four-set match.
Senior middle blocker Logan Carger also had an impressive performance in last week’s action, leading the Govs with 10 blocks (1.11/set) while adding 25 kills (2.78/set). She had a match-best 14 kills at Murray State.

Senior middle blocker Kaylee Taff has quietly pieced together a strong second half to the OVC schedule, with 44 kills (2.10/set) and 16 blocks (0.76/set) over the last six matches.

Senior setter Kristen Stucker broke Austin Peay State University’s single-season assists record last season while also becoming the first Govs setter to record 1,500 assists in a season.
This season, she resumed her climb up APSU’s career assists list, moving into second in the Govs win against Southeast Missouri, October 2nd, 2018.
Entering this week with 4,514 career assists, Stucker now targets the No. 1 spot, which lies 371 assists ahead.
