Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water Department crews worked for 21 hours Sunday and Monday to repair a 12-inch sewer main line that failed near the intersection of Trenton Road and Stillwood Drive.
The break was 18-feet deep and under a large entrance wall for the Timber Springs subdivision.

Clarksville, TN – On Monday morning, November 19th, 2018 around 9:34am, Clarksville Police report a 52 year old man driving a Chevy pickup was traveling south on Ashland City Road (41A Bypass) when a Hyundai driven by 21 year old male pulled out of Riverwood Place to make a left to go north on Ashland City Road (41A Bypass) and failed to yield to the oncoming pickup.
The pickup collided with the Hyundai.

Clarksville, TN – On Sunday, November 18th, 2018 around 6:40pm, Clarksville Police report a Lexus driven by a 23 year old male crashed into a building at the 1800 block of Ashland City Road.
When the car entered the business, there were customers inside, but none were struck by the vehicle.
There was thousands of dollars worth of damage done to the business.
Nashville, TN – Oil prices hit a new low last week, further fueling the plunge at the pump. Tennessee gas prices dropped another 8 cents last week. At $2.42 per gallon, the state average is the lowest since March, and only 16 cents higher than this year’s lowest daily average price of $2.26/g.
Thanksgiving gas prices in Tennessee will be slightly higher than last year. AAA forecasts more than 1.2 million Tennesseans will travel for Thanksgiving. Of those, 95 percent (nearly 1.2 million) will drive. By Thanksgiving Day, the state average should drop to $2.38/g, which is only 8 cents more than last year’s holiday ($2.30).
