Town Center Pharmacy temporary closure

Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH)Fort Campbell, KY – In observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day federal holiday, Monday, January 21st, 2019, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) outpatient services, including outpatient pharmacies, will follow a holiday schedule. BACH Emergency Center, labor and delivery, inpatient services and supporting emergency services remain open 24/7 on the federal holiday.

January 21st, Federal Holiday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Patient and Soldier-Centered Medical Homes, specialty services and pharmacies are closed on federal holidays. BACH Emergency Center, labor and delivery, inpatient services and supporting emergency services remain open 24/7.

Special Town Center Pharmacy Closure

The Town Center pharmacy will close for scheduled repairs from Friday, January 18th through the holiday Monday, January 21st. The Saturday pharmacy service normally offered at Town Center will be offered at the Main Pharmacy in the hospital January 19th for new prescriptions only.

With the Main Pharmacy footprint not large enough to accommodate the large quantity of refills provided at the Town Center, refills normally filled at the Town Center Pharmacy will not be available for pick up at the Main Pharmacy. The Town Center Pharmacy is scheduled to reopen and resume normal hours Tuesday, January 22nd.

Patients may book or cancel appointments through www.tricareonline.com 24/7 or through BACH’s Appointment Line at 270.798.HOSP (4677) or 931.431.HOSP during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm.

With services from TRICARE® Online Patient Portal Secure Messaging at www.TOLSecureMessaging.com, patients can schedule web visits with their primary care manager, book appointments, request and review lab and test results, email your care team a question, request medication refills, or request a referral. To register for online services, visit your care team administrator.
