Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office pursue, arrest Two Individuals for Vehicle Theft

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two individuals on numerous charges to include vehicle theft and evading arrest.

On Thursday, January 23rd, 2019, at approximately 9:20am Investigator Bryan DeRose observed a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic forcing a car to drive off the road to avoid a head-on collision.

DeRose attempted to initiate a traffic stop but the vehicle fled for approximately 40 minutes throughout the Woodlawn community in an attempt to evade law enforcement.

An NCIC check revealed the vehicle was stolen from Oak Grove, Kentucky earlier in the day.

With the help of the Clarksville Police Department, multiple spike strips were deployed and the vehicle came to a stop near the Liberty Park Subdivision.

The occupants, Jacob Randy Fehser, 25, and Stephanie Klara Boyer, 24, attempted to flee on foot but were apprehend and taken into custody.

Both Fehser and Boyer had warrants on file. Fehser for theft of property and Boyer a capias warrant for two counts of theft, burglary and vandalism.

Additionally Fehser was charged with criminal trespass, theft of property, shoplifting, evading arrest, and vandalism. Total bond with all charges is $67,000.

Additionally Boyer was charged with theft of property, unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked license, theft of property, and evading arrest. Total bond on all charges is $41,000.
