Clarksville-Montgomery County area TDOT Work starting February 1st, 2019

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that in Montgomery County there will be on-call concrete repair at the Welcome Center for for concrete ramp and pavement repairs the weekend of Friday, February 1st, 2019

The right lane on I-24 EB will be closed until the concrete is placed. The work will take approximately 12 hours to complete – the timing depends on weather.

Lane Closure

Cheatham County

On Monday, February 4th, from 8:30am-1:00pm, there will be a lane closure on I-40 at MM 189 to inspect beams on the Beach Hill Road bridge over I-40.

Davidson County

I-24 Interchange Improvements at Hickory Hollow Parkway (MM 62)
Nightly, from 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be alternating lane and ramp closures on I-24 in both directions from MM 60-63 for bridge demo work.

Weekdays at 2:00pm starting Monday, February 4th, there will be rolling road blocks on I-24 in both directions from MM 58 to MM 61for blasting. There will also be temporary ramp closures at Bell Road, Old Hickory Blvd, and Hickory Hollow for blasting.

Interstate 440 Reconstruction
From now through February 2019, There will be a shoulder and auxiliary lane closure on I-440 eastbound between the Woodlawn and Sharondale overpasses for noise wall construction.

From now through February 2019, There will be a shoulder and auxiliary lane closure on I-440 eastbound between the Granny White Pike to Craig Street for noise wall construction.

On Friday, February 2nd, from 9:00pm-5:00am, there will be mobile lane closures for pothole patching on I-440 in both directions.

Robertson County

SR 161 Bridge Repair
From now through spring 2019, The bridge will be reduced to one lane for repairs. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary signal.
